This year we welcome back to Maryland’s premier horse farm, The 19th Street Band with friends, Patty Reese & Band, on the front lawn at our new Arts & Education Pavilion, affectionately called “The Hitching Post”.
This year’s concert will pay tribute to our late founder, Kathy Schwartz-Howe, who passed away earlier this year, where we’ll honor her incredible legacy throughout the farm, with music and dancing (one of her favorite things to do). Enjoy popular food trucks, beer & wine, lawn games, and farm tours to meet our rescue horses – there is something for the whole family!
– 3 popular food trucks serving the best of food ruck gastronomy
– Hops for Horses Beer Garden serving seasonal brews and wine
– Tours of the farm to see firsthand the great work DEFHR does with nods to Kathy’s legacy throughout
– Shopping area featuring the latest DEFHR swag and silent auction items
– Lawn games for family fun
– Fire pits & s’mores
Tickets Pre-Purchased Online – $25/person
