Sotterley Trail Ride and Poker Run- April 1-2

SMQHA-Southern Maryland Quarter Horse Association, Travis Finkle and Julie Murphy are putting on their annual Sotterly Trail Ride

Trail Ride through the spectacular grounds of Historic Sotterley. A marked trail that follows beautiful historical sites, the Patuxent River, wooded forest and many open fields. The terrain is flat, horseshoes are generally not required. Each rider can proceed at his/her own pace. Shorter and longer loops are also available. During your ride you are able to stop at 20 different historical buildings, tie your horse to the hitching post and enjoy the beauty. Connecting Trails at Greenwell State Park are open for horses but not marked as part of this ride
