Come learn this lovely section of trail. Park on the large River Road parking lot by Canyon Trail. Ride down the Muddy Branch Trail towards Pennyfield Lock to look at Lock 22. There are 2 bridge crossings, walking on a short part of Pennyfield road through their parking lot, and onto the C and O canal. We can tailor the ride to meet individual horse needs.
Walk-only. Bring a contribution for a pot-luck after the ride. Helmets required on this ride.
Trailer Parking is on River Road Potomac MD. The larger one near “Canyon Trail.”
