**VOLUNTEERS NEEDED**
Horse World Expo will bring the nation’s leading equestrian clinicians and entertainers to Harrisburg for four days of education, entertainment and shopping. TRAIL RIDERS OF TODAY will be attending. We will need ALL HANDS ON DECK for volunteering covering the booth. This is a very important way TROT is getting their name and mission out in front of hundreds of horse back riders and owners. TROT will take care of hotel expenses up to $60.00 for one night for those donating 8 hours combined over two days.
Help is needed for:
Thursday: 8am – Noon for Set up (coordinate with Carolann, probably arriving around 10am)
Thursday: Noon – 8:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
We are allowed 3 badges proving parking and entry to the event. I can provide those to the people that are staying the most hours.
